I've supported radiology operations and imaging systems at Ashe Memorial Hospital, Valley Health, HCA Healthcare, Novant Health, and Carilion Clinic. My work bridges front-line clinical imaging with PACS, HL7, RIS, dictation, and enterprise imaging support.
At Ashe Memorial, I serve as the de facto PACS/HL7 administrator alongside CT technologist duties. I've restored a remote mammography reading workflow, supported PowerScribe and DictTrigger integration, administered PowerShare, and managed ACR NRDR reporting and ServiceNow imaging tickets.
