I'm currently cleaning and maintaining residential homes at Petal Sweet Cleaning Services, completing detailed cleaning, sanitizing, organizing, light laundry, and pet-related cleanup while respecting customers' homes and belongings.

Previously, I supported customers and front-end operations at Meijer, processing purchases, returns, exchanges, lottery, money orders, and bill payments accurately. I also resolved service concerns and maintained an organized, welcoming service area during busy periods.

At Kohl's and Rite Aid, I assisted shoppers, operated registers, processed returns, stocked and rotated inventory, fulfilled online orders, and supported sales and rewards programs. I'm comfortable working independently, communicating with customers and teammates, and learning new processes quickly.
