I’m an AI-enabled operations and technical professional who leverages Claude AI and ChatGPT to accelerate research, strengthen technical documentation, and optimize workflows. I focus on prompt engineering and AI-assisted research so I can move quickly from questions to actionable plans.

I bring hands-on cloud and automation experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform, plus CI/CD workflows. In my “Phoenix TaskApp Kubernetes Platform,” I planned and executed a production-style infrastructure build using Terraform, Ansible, Argo CD, HTTPS, PostgreSQL, HPA, health probes, and rolling updates—then backed it with operational documentation. I also built reusable Infrastructure-as-Code modules for AWS networking to improve consistency and reduce manual work.

Alongside technical execution, I support clear communication and execution discipline through project coordination, executive support, stakeholder communication, and time management. As a Freelance Writer & Content Editor (2024–Present), I conduct research and produce structured technical/business content using Claude AI and ChatGPT to improve productivity, while managing multiple client projects. I also served as a Volunteer Graduate Tutor & Peer Advisor (2024–2025) and worked as a Computer Operator (2016–2017), and I hold AI-focused training such as the Google AI Professional Certificate and Microsoft AI Fluency training.
