At Comtech, I lead a distributed engineering team delivering mission-critical programs for international customers and subcontractors. I re-baselined a project through design reviews and software releases, resulting in $12.9 million in program payments.
I manage 14 systems, mechanical, and software engineers, use KPIs to improve productivity, and have scaled the department by hiring and onboarding seven engineers. I also delivered 14 technical artifacts for a Critical Design Review, including Interface Control Documents and Software Detailed Designs.
Previously at Lockheed Martin and Motorola Solutions, I built embedded and full-stack software across C, C++, Linux, Android, FreeRTOS, VxWorks, JavaScript, and Java. My work includes CI pipelines, WebRTC video systems, hardware bring-up, device drivers, DMA engines, and software verification.

Software development and test lead managing software tasks, mentoring junior employees, and ensuring requirements verification. Implemented a Continuous Integration pipeline and developed full-stack solutions including a SQLite database, WebSocket server, and JavaScript client.
