What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote analyst role where I can use SQL, reporting, and operational analytics to find problems early, quantify impact, and help teams make better decisions.

I'm an operations and data analyst with five years at Amazon, where I've spent my time turning messy operational data into things people can actually act on. Most of my work is SQL and Excel: pulling from multiple systems, reconciling it, and building the reporting that leadership uses to make decisions.

A few things I've built. On Amazon's inbound network I created SQL-based reporting from scratch that tracked 12,000+ assets, flagged the outliers nobody had visibility into, and drove a 37.7% reduction in long-dwelling inventory. On the Amazon Business side I track delivery performance across 350+ commercial accounts and recently used internal AI development tools to replace a manual tracking process with an automated query and dashboard, which surfaced roughly 674 daily packages of new opportunity for one facility in its first month. I also led a 7-person specialist team and rebuilt a standard operating procedure that about 30 people still work from.

Before Amazon, and alongside it, I've served 18 years between the U.S. Navy and the Army Reserve. I hold an active Secret clearance and I'm still drilling as an NCO. That background is where I learned to work in environments where documentation, accountability, and getting it right the first time actually matter.

I'm looking for fully remote analyst work; operations, data, reporting, business analysis, or supply chain analytics. I'm in Arizona on Mountain Time and comfortable overlapping with US Eastern or Pacific hours. Strongest in SQL, Excel, KPI development, and building reporting that non-technical people can use.
