At Optum Behavioral Care, I lead design execution across digital marketing, web, and print channels supporting 50+ locations nationwide. I develop and implement brand standards and design systems to improve consistency and efficiency, and I design modular website frameworks to strengthen usability, navigation, and scalability across multi-brand environments.

I also contributed UX and visual design for a national provider directory platform—leading the UX and visual design of a nationwide provider directory for more than 50 behavioral health brands. I standardize reusable components while maintaining accessibility and enterprise design standards, balancing user needs with business goals to simplify access to behavioral health services.
