At Quality Logic, I serve as the sole QE engineer for a payroll-provider integrations team supporting a third-party integration portfolio that grew from 6 to 17 partnerships.
I develop risk-based test plans across Rails, APIs, databases, asynchronous jobs, and Kubernetes staging. I found financial correctness defects beyond green automated coverage, including a retirement withdrawal path that could pay unvested employer funds.
I work with product managers and engineers from requirements through release, investigating defects and verifying fixes across payment and retirement workflows. My testing covers cases such as ACH timing, returned payments, duplicate accounts, and asynchronous handoffs.
I also built persistent Claude workflows for QE planning and a staging regression detector that tracks historical baselines and prepares human-reviewed Jira bug drafts. Earlier, as a Computer Engineering Intern at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), I led a study of backup-power behavior for aviation communications equipment.
