In my independent data analyst projects, I cleaned more than 31,000 raw records into a reliable dataset of about 29,000 rows using Python and pandas, with explicit rules covered by over 30 automated tests. I also added source checks that caught an upstream data change before it reached a report.
I delivered Power BI and Streamlit dashboards on occupancy, pricing, and demand, using a star schema and DAX measures. A single results file kept the figures consistent across reports.
Using SQL, CTEs, and window functions, I identified Mexico City boroughs where demand exceeded supply. I also segmented nearly 6,000 customers with RFM and K-means, finding that one in five generated nearly three-quarters of revenue, then delivered a Power BI list of at-risk customers ranked by value.
As a Surveyor at CLM & Pacifica Solutions, I processed and checked field data in CSV files for project design and supervised survey assistants. In my independent topographic surveying practice, I process total station and GNSS data into AutoCAD deliverables for private clients and industrial infrastructure projects.
