At OFI Services, I perform data validation, transformation, and process analysis for international projects using SQL, Python, and Celonis. I analyze event-level datasets to identify exceptions, bottlenecks, recirculation patterns, and operational KPIs.
At Holcim ABS, I developed Qlik dashboards for NPS, Leads, SLA monitoring, and operational performance. I also worked on forecasting, anomaly detection, automation, and data-quality initiatives using Python, SAP data, and APIs.
At Public Health and Global Health Research, University of Utah, I analyzed clinical and survey datasets and transformed raw research data into reproducible analyses and interpretable findings. I also teach Python programming and introductory data analysis to neurodiverse learners at Brain Training Club Foundation.
