I’m an IT infrastructure and deskside support professional with a strong focus on infrastructure and production support, including data center and production build-outs. I manage and resolve incidents using ticketing systems like iSmart and JIRA while staying aligned with SLA targets.

In my current role as Sr. Assoc-Infrastructure-Deskside Support, I deliver Level 2 deskside support for Windows environments—troubleshooting OS, hardware, and enterprise applications. I also deploy, image, and configure laptops and desktops using SCCM with standard build processes.

I’m hands-on with Active Directory administration, including user provisioning, access control, and group policy management. I troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 and other business-critical applications, and I handle VPN connectivity plus LAN/WAN network issues.

I bring practical network expertise as well: I perform basic to intermediate configuration of routers, switches, core switches, and SD-WAN devices, working with Cisco networking equipment. I’m confident using command-line troubleshooting (CMD) and supporting environments like Chromebook and enterprise production tools—delivering both remote and onsite support to minimize operational impact.
