I currently support users at Connext Global Solutions, resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 hardware, software, and network issues while managing onboarding, offboarding, and Active Directory accounts.

Previously at Tata Consultancy Services, I owned incidents and user requests through inbound and outbound support, troubleshooting Windows, Exchange/Outlook, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, TCP/IP, printers, Citrix Workspace, and virtual machines. I use SLAs and priority classifications to address critical requests first.

At Sutherland Global Services, I led helpdesk resolution and service quality, provided real-time associate support, validated escalations, delivered analysis reports, and facilitated refresher training. I also worked in Tier 2 technical support, providing desktop troubleshooting, software installation, hardware repair, and ticket-based issue resolution.

I bring over six years of IT helpdesk experience, a customer-oriented approach, and clear telephone and email communication. I'm comfortable with remote support tools including TeamViewer and Atera, plus Cisco AnyConnect and FortiClient troubleshooting.
