I am an FP&A and Cost Accounting professional with experience leading budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across Latin America. I combine strong financial modeling skills with ERP and reporting tools to deliver timely, accurate decision support.

At Victaulic, I led the Budget and Forecast process, drove sales and cost analyses by product, customer and market, and partnered with production managers to achieve operating results. I also executed standard cost reporting and variance analysis in M3 ERP while enforcing corporate and global accounting policies.

I have built automation and analytics solutions using Excel (VBA, macros, dashboards), Python, SQL and R, and participated in a recruitment chatbot project that improved time-to-hire and centralized headcount data. I communicate effectively across sales, production and finance teams to implement pragmatic solutions.

I hold a Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources from Tecnológico de Monterrey. I am bilingual in Spanish and English and seek to apply my analytical, compliance and process-improvement strengths in a collaborative finance role.
