At Santander Consumer Bank AS, I owned enterprise IAM and PAM across strategy, architecture, operations, and audit. I strengthened governance under ISO 27001:2022, GDPR, and SOX.

I partnered with the bank's SOC and incident response functions on identity-driven security events, supporting investigations and forensic evidence collection. I also defined identity-side detection use cases and contributed to MITRE ATT&CK-mapped SOC playbooks.

I directed the CyberArk PAS programme and governed SailPoint IdentityIQ, including application onboarding through CI/CD pipelines. I also developed RBAC and SoD models to address toxic access combinations.
