I am looking for a role that utilizes my skills and experience in monitoring and evaluation, project management, and stakeholder engagement to drive positive change in public health programs.

I am a seasoned professional with 8 years of progressive experience in conceptualizing, designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating public health programs. I have a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including fundraising for projects, and stakeholder engagement. I have a proven track record of improving output rates while developing the analytical and critical thinking skills necessary for program results.

I possess excellent communication skills for relaying information for improvement and process changes. I have provided technical oversight for multiple programs in various capacities, institutionalizing and streamlining continuous quality improvement (CQI) systems. I have also developed monitoring and evaluation frameworks for continuous assessment of donor-funded programs, identifying efficiencies and problem areas within data streams while communicating needs for projects.

I am highly proficient in the utilization of data management and analysis/visualization tools including advanced Excel and Power BI, and adept at generating high-quality reports and presentations.
