I’m a proactive, results-driven public relations graduate with hands-on experience in customer service, media relations, and communication strategy across both government and private sectors. I focus on strong client relations, clear messaging, and practical execution that supports corporate goals.

Through my internships at the Ministry of Regional Development Authority and HACO Tiger Brands Kenya, I analyzed media coverage, prepared detailed reports, and helped write and edit press releases, brochures, and communication materials. I also assisted with market research and evaluation, translating insights into actionable communication work.

In my PR and customer service roles, I organized promotional activities such as open days, exhibitions, and tours, and supported promotional campaign planning and media liaison. I handled frontline inquiries, maintained and updated client documentation, and contributed to community outreach efforts.

I’m especially drawn to communication that’s research-informed and crisis-ready—built on conflict resolution, crisis communication awareness, and polished content. With proficiency in MS Office and editing software, I’m ready to bring reliable execution, writing strength, and adaptability to a forward-thinking organization.
