At AdGators, I helped scale a SaaS and managed services platform for courts and municipalities from one state to 17. I translated court workflows into visitor check-in, docket display, and information-delivery systems used across 115 locations.

I designed 20+ case-management integrations and the operating model for more than 600 kiosks and signage endpoints. I also directed the migration to the proprietary Screenseed platform on DigitalOcean, eliminating $70K a year in recurring software costs.
