At Jumia Kenya, I scaled daily customer pickups from 100 to more than 1,000 while reducing stock losses and damaged goods incidents by 90%. I managed end-to-end hub operations across customer service, dispatch, inventory control, vendor drop-offs, and financial reconciliation.
