I’m a Cash-In-Transit (CIT) Teller committed to processing high volumes of cash with accuracy, accountability, and strict security protocols. I focus on fraud prevention and careful recordkeeping to support smooth reconciliation.

Previously, I served as a National Service Personnel at Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) as a first point of contact for clients. I handled inquiries, identified customer needs, and supported the delivery of appropriate banking services while maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Earlier experience included a Logistics Internship at the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA), where I supported transport scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of port vehicles. I also verified cargo and transport documentation for accuracy and compliance, maintaining logs to improve operational efficiency.

I’ve strengthened my foundation through a BSc in Business Administration (Logistics & Supply Chain Management) and certifications in Basic Banking, Customer Service & Fraud Awareness. I bring dependable attention to detail, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to every transaction and team workflow.
