I’m a Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience turning messy information into clearer, usable insights. I develop and implement systems and procedures that improve efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
In my most recent role, I developed Power App solutions using SharePoint Lists and Dataverse to strengthen data management and accessibility. I analyze and interpret data in Excel to identify patterns and trends, collaborate with the Power BI team to deliver actionable insights, and automate repetitive work through Power Automate Flows. I also maintain CRM database records, create custom fields and dashboards, generate weekly/monthly/ad-hoc CRM reports, and streamline lead management to improve conversion rates.
Earlier in my career, I worked as an Administrative Specialist, updating MS Teams and SharePoint with SOPs and workflows, organizing records and agendas for strong traceability, and creating training videos using PowerPoint and MS Teams.
