Handled customer IAM infrastructure and collaborated with development teams on CyberArk. Participated in Privileged Access Management (PAM) tasks including account onboarding/offboarding, server decommissions, and cloud integrations.
Managed end-to-end analysis of events, flows, and alerts through IBM QRadar SIEM. Advised customers on attack mitigation and facilitated major incident response bridges for high-severity tickets.
