At Fresh Del Monte Produce, I lead semi-annual User Access Reviews across 12+ enterprise applications, checking least-privilege requirements and escalating unauthorized or excessive access for remediation.
I also reconcile termination records with HR and payroll data, review provisioning and deprovisioning, and coordinate remediation with system owners. I developed browser-based compliance tools that compare access data and produce audit-ready Excel outputs.
