I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end client experience and operations—coordinating logistics, handling requests, and resolving issues quickly in a detail-driven, high-service environment.

I’m a Customer Service and Operations Specialist based in Bogotá, Colombia, with experience supporting international clients and coordinating service delivery. I focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction—especially in fast-paced environments.

In my current role at Lean Solutions Group, I manage end-to-end client experience for international clients, coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics. I handle client requests and bookings, communicate with vendors (hotels, restaurants, transportation), resolve issues proactively, and maintain detailed records while managing multiple requests.

Previously, I supported HR operations at Nokia and handled employee lifecycle administration at Scotiabank GBS. I worked with systems including SAP, Oracle, ADP, and SuccessFactors, processing hiring, leave of absence, terminations, documentation, and compliance—strengthening my administrative rigor and attention to detail.
