Jose Moncada
@josemoncada
I build narrative-driven art programs and site-specific installations for memorable spaces.
What I'm looking for
I'm currently leading production for artist Asicaz Monzón-Aguirre, including Joven [Youth], a large-scale site-specific sculpture exhibited at the Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival in Florida. I manage budgets, timelines, fabrication teams, international logistics, customs documentation, and on-site installation.
I've also co-developed the spatial and curatorial narrative for the MAC Panamá museum competition proposal with El Equipo Mazzanti, shaping circulation, exhibition sequence, and visitor experience. The project was published in Creative Mood Architecture.
My architecture background informs curatorial programs, hospitality design, retail environments, and exhibition storytelling. I'm drawn to the full arc of an art program: research, artist relationships, curatorial logic, and the operational precision required to deliver it.
