At JOANFAFE Manufacturing & Reliability, I’m developing industrial reliability diagnostic and technical service offerings focused on equipment availability, maintenance effectiveness, CMMS assessment, and 90-day action plans. I’m also evaluating manufacturing technology partners and commercial routes to market.
At Flextronics International, I developed Excel and Visual Basic quoting tools that cut quotation turnaround from approximately three to four days to four hours. I also translated customer requirements into manufacturing concepts and technical quotations, and supported a Cisco server transfer whose first production run achieved 10% greater units-per-hour throughput than the original line.
