I'm looking to lead or strengthen clinical and healthcare operations for digital health, telehealth, or behavioral health programs, building scalable workflows, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and improving patient care delivery.

I've led day-to-day clinical operations at Mederva Health, supporting international telehealth and behavioral health programs across the U.S., Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.

I managed and trained multidisciplinary teams of 15–20 staff and helped implement three healthcare programs in behavioral health, weight management, and second medical opinions serving more than 1,000 patients.

I build SOPs, onboarding systems, escalation protocols, KPI processes, and Collaborative Care Model workflows while maintaining patient satisfaction above 80% and improving documentation turnaround.
