At Humano SISU, I built a multi-tenant HR and payroll platform for Central America with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Supabase PostgreSQL. It covers employee records, attendance, payroll, leave, performance reviews, an employee portal, and billing.
I designed payroll calculations for Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador, including local taxes, social security, and mandatory benefits. The platform also generates pay stubs and sends them by email or WhatsApp.
I built a Node.js and Express microservice connecting Hikvision biometric time clocks, using BullMQ and Redis to process jobs. I also wrote a Python add-on for Odoo 18 and 19 that imports employee and payroll journal data without duplicating entries on retries.
I’ve modeled PostgreSQL data with row-level and field-level security, added an LLM feature that rewrites job descriptions, and set up GitHub Actions checks and deployments. My earlier experience includes running HR operations for U.S.-funded programs, international NGOs, and financial companies.
