At ULTRASIST / Solovis, I own the Win/Loss program, reviewing opportunities, documenting interviews, and synthesizing customer feedback and competitor findings into program reviews.
I also deliver Pendo product-usage reporting with administrative-system data, analyzing MAU trends and activity across churned accounts to support Customer Success decisions. I build and document Jira triage workflows and coordinate project meetings, stakeholders, deliverables, timelines, and release readiness.
Previously at AutoZone, I developed SQL dashboards and reports supporting store operations. I queried and modeled BigQuery datasets, delivered training-hours reporting in Looker/LookML and store KPIs in WebFOCUS, and contributed to HUB sales-visibility reporting that identified approximately MXN 40 million in previously unregistered sales.
