At Futuro Labs, I designed and built Moraco, a multi-tenant customer-messaging SaaS, from system design through production. Its event-driven backbone handles webhook ingestion, durable processing, and workflows that turn inbound events into automations.
I extracted outbound messaging into a Go service on Cloud Run and migrated traffic incrementally with no customer-facing downtime. I also built Moraco’s AI layer with tool-calling agents, RAG, and an evaluation harness for validating critical decisions.
For Willow Boutique, I designed an operations platform that derives stock from an append-only inventory ledger and enforces financial invariants in the database. Its public catalog API powers the storefront in real time.
For INCCO, I architected Cimiento, an ERP with double-entry accounting, immutable corrections, period close, and project-based payroll allocation. I also designed PulpiGo, an offline-first point of sale that reconciles sales on reconnect without duplicates or lost sales.
