At Improving, I manage engineers embedded in US product companies while staying hands-on with code, reviews, and first-line on-call. I own client relationships from technical discovery through roadmap negotiation, and I introduced a structured, spec-driven workflow for coding agents.
For Curantis Solutions, I managed an eight-person team and designed an event-driven architecture that separated compliance and billing from the core application. We shipped a new billing platform within a six-month regulatory deadline; after a three-day production incident, I added dead-letter queues, redrive policies, and better service logging.
At Improving, I also led the Upvate platform from requirements to launch, including an offline-first React Native app for inspectors, and led TechLink+’s React Native rebuild to meet a three-month deadline. Earlier, as CTO / Engineering Lead at Inversiones Intelectuales, I led a team of 10 and built HR, ERP, and bulk SMS products from scratch.
I designed TheFactory, a self-hosted, event-driven software factory built entirely with AI coding tools; it now builds its own React web client. I also created grafel, an open-source MCP server that helps coding agents navigate large codebases.
