I am looking for a remote role that allows me to utilize my leadership and organizational skills in a supportive environment.

I am a hardworking and self-motivated individual with extensive experience in education and project management. As an Assistant Director at Sunrise Preschools, I successfully supported daily operations, managed staff, and ensured compliance with safety standards. My role involved fostering open communication with parents and maintaining a nurturing environment for children.

Previously, I served as a Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher, where I developed age-appropriate lesson plans and guided children’s development. My focus on building strong relationships and promoting independence has been key to my teaching philosophy.
