At The Michel Shaked Group, I led analysts on valuation and statistical analysis projects for expert testimony reports and consulting engagements in bankruptcy, M&A, securities litigation, and tax cases.

I designed workflows and methodologies for discounted cash flow, market valuation, net asset value, option valuation, solvency, and statistical analyses. I also scrutinized turnaround plans, cash-flow forecasts, and financial and valuation models.

As a Senior Analyst and Junior Analyst at The Michel Shaked Group, I drafted and revised expert reports, reviewed discovery materials, and prepared client deliverables. I created valuation templates and analyzed market trends for business development, helping source projects and clients.

More recently, I taught students from kindergarten through 12th grade as a Daily Substitute Teacher/Instructional Assistant at Watertown Public Schools while exploring teaching licensure as a potential career path.
