At Fiboo, where I’m the first engineering hire, I took an AI platform that grades children’s handwriting from demo to production. I built its handwriting-grading pipeline with Google Gemini and improved OCR accuracy on known failure cases from 70% to 100% through temperature 0 and margin cropping.
I also built Django REST Framework APIs and production infrastructure, then load-tested the platform with k6 to about 1,000 concurrent students with zero 5xx errors. Tuning keep-alive, heartbeats, and worker CPU priority cut p95 latency from 1.09 seconds to 468 milliseconds.
