I am a Family Medicine specialist and manager with hands-on clinical experience in primary care, urgent care and addiction treatment across the Porto area and public health units. I combine frontline patient work with running private practice clinics and coordination of clinical teams.

As a residency coordinator and general manager I delivered operational improvements: I led appointment-system innovation that cut wait times from three months to under a week, implemented CRM, coordinated research and resident education, and published in indexed journals. I also achieved measurable business results managing large agricultural assets, doubling revenues and reducing costs.
