What I'm looking for
I am a hands-on culinary professional with experience in hotels, restaurants, factories and remote customer support. I have worked in pastry, line cooking and food service roles, always focusing on consistency and efficiency.
I trained as a Chef/Pastry Chef at the Professional School of Vale do Tejo (Nível 4) and have practical experience in dessert preparation, creams and fillings, mise-en-place, and production line assembly. My kitchen work spans starters, main courses and desserts with attention to cleanliness and reporting consumption.
On the production and logistics side, I have operated pallet jacks, forklifts and electric stackers, used PDA devices and worked daily with the SAP platform for back-office matching of loads; I have experience in receiving, picking, dispatch and inventory documentation. I have also supported welding line tasks including part placement, tip changes and production logging.
More recently I provided remote customer support via chat for Teleperformance handling Bolt requests, complaints and database updates, and I value teamwork, training, and clear procedures. I speak Portuguese natively, English at C2 and Spanish at intermediate levels, and I am seeking a stable, hands-on role where I can apply and grow my culinary and operational skills.
