I've built full-stack features for Opensoft's Portuguese national tax systems, supporting platforms used by over 18 million citizens. I led a new tax information system from requirements to a working application, using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL Server, React, and TypeScript.

Previously, I developed hybrid genetic and heuristic mission-planning software for unmanned vehicles at GMV, including a RESTful service and Unity simulator. At KPMG, I built an Azure AI-powered client risk-assessment prototype, and I’ve also delivered a React Native event app used by 1,000 participants.
