At Property Guys, I’m the sole engineer on a production real-estate platform aggregating listings from roughly 1,000 broker sites into more than 100,000 PostgreSQL property records. I own its architecture, delivery, deployment, and production support, including a FastAPI service, distributed crawler, Redis queueing, geospatial search, and zero-downtime database migrations.

I’ve migrated infrastructure from AWS to Hetzner Cloud, established GitHub pull-request and deployment pipelines, and used PostgreSQL query profiling to bring duplicate-cluster lookups below 5 ms. Previously at UFES’s Software Engineering Practices Laboratory, I built and maintained public-sector platforms for the Espírito Santo Secretariat of Culture across Java, Jakarta EE, PHP, WordPress, and custom plugins.

I also build distributed systems in Java, React, TypeScript, Kafka, and WebSockets, including multiplayer game platforms with event sourcing and real-time servers.
