I built a Linux system monitoring tool using Bash, with JSON reporting, GitHub Actions, and OpenAI API integration. This project made me realise how much I enjoy troubleshooting and understanding how systems work.
After several years working as a chef and team leader, I decided to follow my interest in technology and start a new career in IT.
Since then, I’ve focused on Linux, Python, Bash scripting, and automation, combining online courses with hands-on projects.
I’m applying for the Technical Support Engineer position at Runpod because I’m eager to explore cloud computing and AI infrastructure. I’m early in my IT career and committed to developing my technical skills through real-world challenges.
