I’m an AML Officer focused on protecting regulated banking relationships through thorough, risk-based investigations and consistently high-quality KYC. I thrive in environments where accuracy, documentation, and regulatory alignment are non-negotiable.

Most recently, as an AFC officer at S-Pankki, I’m responsible for S-Pankki’s customer portfolio transfer and bank-switching process—ensuring every action follows internal policies and regulatory requirements. Previously at Svenska Handelsbanken AB, I conducted deep dive EDD investigations on high-risk customers, evaluating ownership structures, source of funds/wealth, and transactional patterns using a risk-based methodology.

I also led the operational AML remediation project, coordinating tasks, timelines, and cross-team collaboration to improve processes and outcomes. My work included PEP, sanctions, and Adverse Media screenings, documenting findings to regulatory and audit standards, and preparing risk classification assessments with escalation for SAR consideration.

Before moving fully into financial crime compliance, I built customer- and communication-first experience in banking and fintech, and I’ve grounded my practice with an MBA-in-progress at Arcada University of Applied Sciences and a B.B.A in Financial Management. I bring a practical, investigation-driven mindset—and a strong attention to detail—to every case I handle.
