What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can serve as a trusted advisor to Tribal Nations, lead strategy and transformation, strengthen care coordination, and advance policy advocacy—so indigenized behavioral health, SUD, and suicide prevention improve outcomes.

I serve as a trusted advisor in tribal health, focusing on strategic health assessments, community health assessments, and program development and implementation. I bring capacity building and workforce development experience, alongside policy advocacy and government relations expertise to support sustainable outcomes.

Most recently, I’ve been providing implementation services through Blue Stone Strategy Partners, including onsite visits to learn workflows, pain points, and future strategies for expanding health care programs and services. I also support identifying opportunities for care coordination for all Native people and building partnerships to improve health outcomes for tribal members and communities.

Previously, I led Tribal Training & Technical Assistance as Vice President, Behavior Health Transformation, overseeing strategy, adoption of best practices, and transformation of tribal and urban Indian health services. My focus areas include indigenized programming for behavioral health, SUD, and suicide prevention, with leadership and mentorship for continuous improvement, quality assurances, and contract oversight.

Earlier leadership roles included SVP, Health Care Development and Tribal Relations/Indigenous Pact, and Executive Director positions where I developed organizational infrastructure, managed grants and reporting, and built long-term relationships with Tribes, government agencies, and healthcare partners. Across my career, I’ve anchored my work in culturally centered, community-driven healthcare solutions and pharmaceutical care program models designed to address health disparities.
