I’m an enterprise transformation executive with deep experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and organizational change across healthcare and healthcare technology environments. I partner with executive leadership to establish transformation governance, drive accountability, quantify business value, and translate strategic priorities into measurable results across operations, technology, finance, clinical services, and customer-facing functions.
Most recently, I served as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives & PMO on an executive team, where I built and operationalized the transformation framework, enterprise PMO, and transformation office. I led cross-functional initiatives spanning network development, provider relations, DME, finance, revenue cycle management, pharmacy, clinical services, client success, sales, and analytics—advancing enterprise analytics, improving revenue cycle performance and cash collections, and strengthening scalability. Earlier, I led enterprise PMO work that included major business and technology transformation initiatives such as Salesforce and NetSuite, and I also delivered more than $2 billion in pharmacy cost-of-care savings and over $100 million annually through disciplined performance management and cross-functional collaboration.
