What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a safety-first production role where I can keep learning, run equipment reliably, and support quality checks. I want a team that values training, clear procedures, and consistent output.

I built my technical foundation through Plumbing Industry Training at Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School, where I completed a 260-hour industry training program with tiered industry-recognized certifications. I focused on theory and hands-on work under a Master Plumber, gaining an initial understanding of the Massachusetts State Plumbing and Fuel Gas Code, blueprint reading, and essential pipe fitting concepts.

Now, I’m an Operator I at Medtronic (2023–Present), where I run multiple products including 5F, 6F, 7F, and 8F Launcher outer jacket and liner variations, plus PLPS outer jacket, Sherpa outer jacket, and 6F Segments. I’m trained on SAP and MAP, operate across departments including Core Pull, Lab Testing, and AP Swage Flip, run lines 2, 3, 4, 19, and 28, perform moisture tests to confirm material suitability, and make soap for metal core runs—always with strong attention to safety and quality.

Before Medtronic, I strengthened my reliability in fast-paced operations through roles like Line Cook at Flip the Bird (2021–2023). I handled food prep, and I supported day-to-day coverage by opening/closing the store while maintaining consistent execution under pressure.

I’ve also contributed in customer-facing and administrative settings. As an Assistant Payroll Clerk at OnBrand24 (2012–2020), I ran payroll for 1500+ employees across multiple offices, handled sensitive employee data and terminations, and supported multi-state office needs; earlier, I provided customer service for 70+ clients with 200+ calls per day as a Customer Service Agent.
