Part of the Prep team and Filling team, rotating through cleaning, autoclaving, formulating, filling, and inspecting. Responsible for maintaining an aseptic area.

Operated Rovema bagger and Multipond scale, packaged product, followed GMPs and safety standards, troubleshot and performed knife changes, and trained other employees. Flexible to do whatever is necessary to accomplish tasks in a startup environment.

Completed jobs based on requirements, repacked damaged items, used AS400 system to lookup information and print labels, broke and filled in for Capper staff, utilized golf cart for exterior grounds maintenance, and completed rack maintenance using a Crown Forklift Order Picker. Worked overtime as needed for relabeling and repacking.

Operated, repaired, and performed PM on lower cell equipment including KHS packer, Alcoa Cappers, valve sorter, Busse depal, and conveyor equipment. Performed line supply duties and followed safety rules and QA requirements.

Managed inbound and outbound traffic for deliveries and drops, scaled tankers, received materials in SAP and PINC, made appointments, handled trailer moves and status updates, monitored email for issues, handled outbound bills, managed the bullpen, and helped create the team training manual. Worked a 12-hour rotating shift.

Picked orders, stored returned items, released orders using FIFO system, corrected inventory issues, unloaded trailers, verified bills, received and stored materials, contacted vendors for correct paperwork, and optimized warehouse space.

Maintained specifications in GFS and SAP systems, maintained files for raw materials and bulk/intermediate products, ensured timely specification development, and assisted with office and lab support.

Cleaned molds, performed color changes and checks, performed quality checks, gathered parts for quality checks, and handled quality complaints, investigated, and wrote reports.

Ran and maintained ASRS, maintained conveyors, rollers, palletizers, and wrapper, completed PMs and safety inspections, monitored palletizing for quality, cleared jams, performed mechanical troubleshooting, and served as QA and liaison for shipping and receiving.
