At Visa, I invented a PIN on Glass entry method that met industry security requirements and enabled users with disabilities to enter confidential information securely. I mapped constraints with security stakeholders, supported user research trials, and drove worldwide deployment; the method is live across Square, PayPal, and major processors, with a patent awarded to the team.
I also solo-built A11y SnapCheck, a full-stack platform that analyzes unstructured design files and generates actionable accessibility reports across Visa Global Design. I built an agent benchmarking system that blocks regressive releases and a digital accessibility MCP server with 12 tools, self-healing skills, and subagents for Visa's core agentic toolchain.
As founder and owner of Kynda Coffee, I bootstrapped a profitable brick-and-mortar business and built the systems it runs on, including self-hosted commerce and inventory automation. I also launched MenuMetrics.org, a free open-source SaaS for recipe costing, ingredient density, and nested recipes.
