At Visa, I architected and led development of a production GenAI incident analysis platform using multi-agent LangGraph orchestration, reducing root-cause analysis time from hours to seconds. I also designed a service-specific MCP orchestration framework for coordinating agents and tools across distributed services.
Previously at Visa, I scaled a real-time anomaly detection platform from 180 to 2,000+ merchants while limiting infrastructure growth to 2.8x. I also built GenAI migration tooling for converting 10,000+ Splunk artifacts to ClickHouse and directed a redesign of the anomaly detection pipeline for active-active, multi-data-center operation.
