I am a data-focused risk adjustment analyst with extensive experience supporting Medicare programs and implementing analytics-driven solutions. I combine hands-on technical skills in SQL, Python, SAS, and Tableau with practical healthcare domain knowledge to improve outcomes and reporting.
At Agilon Health I led implementation of the Payment Year 2020 model and built supporting reports using SSMS/SSIS/SSRS, directly supporting Burden of Illness programs. At Gateway Health Plan I advised leadership on CMS risk adjustment policy changes and launched a Medical Coding Team to strengthen operations.
