At KPMG LLP, I lead business process and value stream design on a client engagement, working with business stakeholders and technical teams on process analysis and future-state design. I developed 50+ BPMN 2.0 process maps that surfaced duplicative processes and bottlenecks and identified technology dependencies.
I create Value Stream Maps, SIPOCs, and RACI matrices, and translate operational needs into requirements and implementation-ready documentation. I’ve also supported User Acceptance Testing for enterprise ServiceNow implementations and used SharePoint and Jira to maintain process documentation repositories and dashboards.
