Acted as the senior engineer in the development of a B2B enterprise background-check platform (Consulta Pro) in Golang, Python, and TypeScript. Spearheaded a ground-up architectural overhaul of Consulta Pro, identifying performance bottlenecks and refactoring microservices on GCP and Kubernetes, which reduced end-to-end latency by 1,000 ms.

Led the backend development of a robust Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, which increased the user base by 100,000 users. Worked on the architecture and development of a dynamic invoicing system tailored for different session types and therapist rates, enhancing payment accuracy and efficiency.

Worked on backend development for VTEX’s Checkout system, processing 8 million+ requests per minute across Carts and Purchase workflows, ensuring 99.7% uptime. Architected and implemented a Sellers Selection Algorithm, evaluating 1,000+ seller profiles per order, recapturing 10% of previously lost sales.

Developed and launched a Serverless Function-as-a-Service platform on a private cloud, equivalent to AWS Lambda. Developed 'Backstage Events,' a Python-based event processor ingesting from ActiveMQ and caching hot lookups in Redis.

Led the Digilevel project, a tide gauge with telemetry and energy independence, aimed at remote measurement locations. Worked on software and hardware development, and was involved in project management.

Developed a robot system logic to support disabled people's occupational therapy sessions. This involved creating software solutions for assistive technology.

Pursued a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering and Computer Science. Studies were interrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
