I’m a Product Owner with 7+ years of experience in digital product development, agile delivery, and stakeholder alignment. I focus on translating business needs into user-centric digital solutions—so teams can move from discovery to delivery with clarity and momentum.

In my current role, I own internal digital tools that support procurement, inventory, logistics, and operations. I define requirements and clear user stories, prioritise enhancements, and align stakeholders on digitalisation initiatives grounded in real operational needs—driving price reductions, process optimisation, and adoption of digital workflows across teams.

Previously at IBM Consulting, I led product backlogs for digital initiatives across agile and scaled agile environments. I defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives, and I worked closely with developers, architects, and UX/UI designers to deliver practical, user-focused solutions.

I also bring a strong Business Analyst foundation from earlier experience, supporting product strategy and delivery by turning requirements into actionable plans. I facilitate workshops and alignment sessions in international, multidisciplinary environments, continuously improving process and collaboration while using tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Mural to keep delivery aligned and transparent.
