What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-centered RN role in med-surg, oncology, trauma, or hospice that values teamwork, clinical autonomy, opportunities to precept, and growth in complex wound and trauma care.

I am a Registered Nurse with experience across medical-surgical, oncology, orthopedics, trauma, emergency, and hospice settings. I have provided care in Level 1 and Level 2 trauma centers as well as in home health and hospice environments.

My clinical skill set includes wound, line and drain management, chest tube care, heparin drip titration, telemetry monitoring, wound VAC management, and Buck's traction application. I am proficient with Epic, MEDITECH, Cerner, and MatrixCare and maintain current BLS certification.

I prioritize patient safety through accurate medication administration, effective patient education, infection prevention, and close collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. I have precepted incoming RNs and LPNs, delegated to PCTs, and supported workflow to improve care delivery.

I am driven to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care and to support team development while advancing my practice in oncology, trauma, and hospice nursing. I welcome roles that offer clinical leadership, teaching opportunities, and management of complex patients.
