I am a seasoned medical-surgical nursing professional with extensive clinical knowledge and a strong commitment to optimizing patient care. My experience spans various healthcare settings, where I have honed my skills in EMR charting, medication administration, and interdisciplinary collaboration. I pride myself on being a quality-focused and efficiency-driven leader, dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes.
